Song To The Siren

Conocí una de las canciones más bellas ever en el año 93.
Me había comprado un albumazo de #ThisMortailCoil que traía Song to The Siren de Timothy Charles Buckley III.

Me enamoré no solo del disco que tiene super songs, sino de ésta cancioncita particularmente. Con los años ése amor fue creciendo. Nunca leí la letra hasta ahora.

Pasando el tiempo el cover de ésta hermosa poesía recayó en Robert Plant, Dead Can Dance (Música, Músicos y Sonidos MUY favoritos y queridos por mi pequeña humanidad) y claro This Mortal Coil con la hermosíssima voz de Elizabeth Fraser, una de las Cocteau Twins.

Uno de los placeres del mundo: la buena música, las letras poéticas de alto vuelo, la capacidad que tienen los sonidos de transportarnos más allá del más acá.
